  3. Cook the rice: Rinse the rice to remove excess starch, then add it to the sauce. Mix well to coat each grain of rice in the sauce.
  4. Final cooking: Add the chicken broth, cover, and cook over low heat for about 20-25 minutes, until the rice is cooked and has absorbed all the liquid.
  5. Serve: Stir the rice, adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve hot, accompanied by grilled chicken, fish, or vegetables.
