The parties agree that this contract is governed by <strong>French law<\/strong>. <\/p><p>By placing an order, the buyer, an individual over 18 years of age, unreservedly accepts these GTC and acknowledges having read them beforehand. They are displayed <strong>inclusive of all taxes (TTC)<\/strong>, but <strong>excluding shipping costs<\/strong>. These shipping costs are billed additionally, depending on the total weight of the order and\/or the total purchase amount. The exact costs are communicated to the buyer before order confirmation.   <\/p><p>Prices include the <strong>value-added tax (VAT)<\/strong> applicable on the day of the order. In case of non-compliance between the characteristics of the delivered product and those expected by the buyer, the latter may exercise their <strong>right of withdrawal<\/strong> in accordance with the conditions set out below. <\/p><p><strong>Legal Guarantee<\/strong><br>The company <strong>KISSAFRICA<\/strong> guarantees product compliance, subject to the preceding provisions, in accordance with the articles of the <strong>Consumer Code<\/strong>. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer when placing their order. <\/p><p><strong>Available delivery methods<\/strong>:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Collection Point<\/strong>: delivery to the pickup point chosen by the customer when ordering.<\/li><li><strong>Other shipping methods<\/strong>: at the discretion of <strong>KISSAFRICA<\/strong>, depending on needs or logistical constraints.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Delivery Costs<\/strong><br>Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are specified before order confirmation.<\/p><p><strong>Invoicing<\/strong><br>Invoices are accessible in the <strong>&#8220;Order History and Details&#8221;<\/strong> section of the customer account.
