Araw de Mil \u2013 500g<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Milt Araw, offered here in a 500 gram bag, is a pre-cooked millet semolina very popular in West African cuisines. Coming from the artisanal processing of millet, a basic ingredient in many traditional dishes, araw is both nutritious, digestible and practical to cook.<\/p>\n

Its fine and airy texture allows rapid preparation without long cooking, which makes it an ingredient of choice for sweet dishes such as thiakry (dessert made from araw, yogurt and sugar) or for light porridges intended for children and adults. This product is particularly rich in fiber, gluten-free, and suitable for vegetarian diets.<\/p>\n

Very widespread in Senegal, Mali, Guinea and Burkina Faso, araw occupies a central place in food culture.
