Ground P\u00e9b\u00e9 walnuts \u2013 50g and 100g<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ground P\u00e9b\u00e9 nut, also known asMonodora myristica. <\/em>It is one of the most aromatic spices of Central Africa. This dried and then crushed seed reveals a warm, woody and slightly sweet flavor, close to a mixture of nutmeg, clove and cinnamon.<\/p>\n

Widely used in Cameroonian and Gabonese cuisine, it is at the heart of many traditional recipes such as Mbongo Tchobi, Ndol\u00e9 or yellow sauce. Its ground format simplifies its daily use: a small pinch is enough to transform a stew, a marinade or a soup.<\/p>\n

The seeds are carefully selected, dried naturally, then crushed without adding preservatives. The powder obtained retains all of its aromas. It is then packaged in airtight bags of 50g or 100g, for optimal conservation.<\/p>\n

In cooking, p\u00e8b\u00e9 is used at the start of cooking to infuse dishes deeply. It goes perfectly with other African spices like 4 sides, slices or djansang. Its rich and enveloping fragrance brings an authentic touch to everyday recipes as well as more elaborate dishes.<\/p>\n
