Thi\u00e9r\u00e9 Lalo de Mil is a traditional West African semolina prepared from millet flour<\/strong> and enriched with “lalo”,<\/strong> a natural binder obtained from dried and powdered leaves (often baobab or okra). This unique combination gives thi\u00e9r\u00e9 a slightly viscous texture and enhanced nutritional richness.<\/p>\n

Very popular in Senegal, Mali, Gambia and Burkina Faso, this product occupies a central place in the daily diet and major celebrations. Unlike classic couscous, Thi\u00e9r\u00e9 Lalo is often combined with thick sauces, African vegetables or proteins such as smoked or dried fish. It can be used in savory recipes as well as in sweet or dairy preparations.<\/p>\n
