The company KISSAFRICA guarantees product compliance, subject to the preceding provisions, in accordance with the articles of the Consumer Code. Products sold also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
Retention of Title
The company KISSAFRICA retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, fees, and taxes.

Product offers are valid while stocks last.
In case of product unavailability during an order, the sale will be canceled, and any amount paid by the buyer will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days.

Available stock is displayed on the website at the time of ordering. Orderable quantities are limited to those available on that day. However, some products may be restocked.

Delivery is carried out by the carrier selected by KISSAFRICA. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer when placing their order.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are specified before order confirmation.
Invoicing
Invoices are accessible in the “Order History and Details” section of the customer account. A direct access link is also sent by email to the address provided by the buyer during registration.
In-Store Pickup
If the buyer chooses to pick up their order at the Kissafrica store, located at 19 rue d’Iéna, 59000 Lille, they have 15 days after payment to collect their package.
Opening Hours
Orders can be picked up during store opening hours:
from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, every day. The store may be closed for holidays; therefore, the buyer is advised to check the hours before visiting.

The order will be handed over to the buyer upon presentation of the proofs sent by email during order confirmation and payment.
Delivery Timeframes and Liability
Delivery times start running upon receipt of payment. They are provided as an indication and correspond to average processing and shipping times.
The company KISSAFRICA cannot be held responsible for consequences related to a delivery delay beyond its control.

Orders are shipped the same day or at the latest the next business day. However, delivery times may vary in case of shipping difficulties.
Receipt of Damaged Packages
In case of receiving a damaged package (opened, missing products, etc.), the buyer undertakes to report their reservations to the carrier and to KISSAFRICA within 3 days following product receipt, by any means of communication.
Right of Withdrawal
The private customer has a right of withdrawal which they can exercise within fourteen clear days from the delivery of their order.

Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

In case of a dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or breach of the contract concluded between KISSAFRICA and the buyer, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the resolution of the dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille, even in the event of multiple defendants.
