African long pepper, also called Kanifi, Selim berry or Selim pepper, is a precious spice native to West Africa. Its unique shape, in the shape of an elongated stick, hides a surprising aromatic richness. From the first use, you will discover warm aromas of cinnamon, pepper, liquorice and ginger.

This pepper captivates with its deep fragrance and slightly sweet flavor. Less spicy than black pepper, it brings a gentle heat, ideal for stews.
